On average, the team at the Icelandic brewery Einstök needs between nine and twelve months to develop a new beer. The brewers take all the time in the world to find the right raw materials, brew sample brews and harmoniously round off the recipes. As a result of this careful process, the range is not enriched by a new beer every week, but the selection is hand-picked and of the highest quality.
An award-winning crowd favorite from Einstök, Arctic Pale Ale is available in both bottles and cans. The beer was hopped three times for maximum taste and balance: Whole cones of the American aroma hop variety Cascade conjure up classic pine and citrus notes in the beer, while the Hallertau Tradition and Bavarian Northern Brewer hop variants bring the strong bitterness and hints of summer flower meadows and sweet caramel tones into play . The Arctic Pale Ale wraps every beer lover around the finger with its full-bodied and velvety, rich and typically Icelandic character. The brew brings 5.6% alcohol content into the glass and flatters the palate with a symphony of pine resin, citrus fruit, floral hops, creamy caramel and roasted malt.
Thanks to its successful balance of toasted grain and delicious hops, this ale is the perfect accompaniment to your next dinner.
