A delicious example with a nut aroma comes from Sakiškių alus. Together with the Sori brewery from Tallinn, the team has created a fine Hazelnut Brown Ale. Your beer presents itself as a clear reddish brown in the glass. Sparkling carbon dioxide feeds the ivory-colored head of foam and transports an enticing scent of strong malt, roasted nuts and caramel to the nose. The attack follows quickly, delivering a symphony of dark grains, toasted hazelnuts, creamy toffee, ripe summer fruit and bread. Natural hazelnut essence is responsible for the nutty taste.
