Anyone who knows us knows that we love hops and live for them. We can’t get enough of the aromatic cones and all the products made from them. Beer is our undisputed favorite drink, but we also don’t say no to gin with hops, hop tonic , hop lemonade, clothing with embroidered or printed hop cones and books about hop-filled creations. We can name a type of hop for every letter of the alphabet, know the characteristics of the plant and the individual flavor of each type and would love to find hops in every drink we drink.
An invention from the USA has now brought this dream within reach: hop water is causing a sensation on the American beer market. We tried it and knew after just one sip that we would not want to live without it. In order to put our own stamp on this sensational discovery and give its spread in German-speaking countries a little momentum, we quickly made our own version of it. Together with BarthHaas, the largest hops trader in the world, and the Rittmayer brewery, we developed and produced Hop Soda® . The sparkling water is flavored with three types of hop oils and brings a whole range of hop flavor facets to your glass.
