In our relentless search for hoppy novelties, beer innovations and malt-focused treats, we came across hop water some time ago. This discovery hit like a bomb in the United States and has since been gathering more and more enthusiastic followers. When it comes to beer, we see ourselves as pioneers in Europe, so it was clear to us that we had to bring this trend to the German-speaking world.
No sooner said than done: Together with the world’s largest hops trader BarthHaas, we have developed our own version of it. Our Hop Soda® is pure water that has been married to three aromatic hop oils and enriched with sparkling carbon dioxide. Without the addition of alcohol or other raw materials commonly found in beer, this miracle water conjures up the quintessential taste of fine hops in your glass. The innovative drink is made by our friends at the Rittmayer brewery and comes in two versions: Hop Soda® Black is the stronger version for the hopheads among you, Hop Soda® White is a touch more elegant, playful and fruity.
