An extraordinary beer for extraordinary moments.
A particularly fine wine from the pen of Louis Piana is Michaeli. The cold-hopped special beer is a highlight even in the unusual range of the Riegele brewery. After the brewing process is complete, the light beer is stored in the cellar of the Riegele beer factory. At exactly 0 degrees, the beer hopped with Cascade matures to its full splendor over a long period of time, gaining in character and taste.
What further increases the exclusivity is the limited edition in which Michaeli is published. The fine brew is also sold in a 0.75l bottle, which is reminiscent of champagne thanks to the real cork and elegant label. But it's not just the packaging that is reminiscent of the expensive sparkling wine: when the cork pops, Michaeli exudes an elegant scent of fresh summer fruit. A hint of malt and a fine spice complement the fruity nose and make you excited for the first sip. In the glass, Michaeli presents itself as light gold. A sparkling carbon dioxide makes the fine head of foam dance and tingles wonderfully on the tongue when you drink it. A slender, delicate body unfolds a palette of fruity notes that extend from juicy lychee to bitter grapefruit to exotic mandarin. The yeast gives the light-footed beer a spicy note.
Michaeli is the perfect symbiosis of beer and champagne: sparkling, delicately fruity, spicy, bitter and extremely festive.
