The Gose is in itself the perfect summer beer: fresh, light, fruity and wonderfully spicy. The Berlin brewery BRLO has given the traditional sour beer an additional summer kick by refining the classic Gose character with the taste of white peaches. The typical notes of coriander and sea salt meet the juicy sweetness of hand-picked peaches, the addition of lactic acid bacteria makes the mixture finely sour and the texture silky soft.
The peaches for this great beer come from the sunny slopes of southern France and are imported especially for the White Peach Gose. They are known for their moon-white meat and their juicy-sweet fruitiness and enrich the beer with luxurious notes and French elegance.
BRLO’s peachy gose flows into the glass in shining gold and shows a fine pink sheen when exposed to light. The foam head is of the volatile variety and quickly leaves room for the wonderful scent of milkshake and citrus zest. The initial drink is like jumping into the cool water: wonderfully refreshing and delicious. A bouquet of spicy coriander, tangy citrus fruit, fruity acidity and a hint of sea salt meets the pure summer in peach form. The white peaches add a playful sweetness to the taste and make the Gose an exquisite drink for hot days.
