Our BRLO Scotch Ale was refined for 4 months in ST. KILIAN Amarone and Bourbon casks stored. The barrel maturation gives it wonderful smoky, peaty notes that are only known from Scottish whiskeys.

Ein Bier wie ein Abend vor dem Kamin. Dunkel, schwer, rauchig und tadellos. Es hat sich sofort eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit breit gemacht (>10%vol.). Die deutlichen Whisky-Noten aus den Fässern der St. Kilian Whisky Destillie geben dem dunklen, süffigen Doppelbockbier das gewisse Etwas. Da haben zwei zusamen gefunden. Das Scotch Ale von BRLO würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.
