Inspired by the taste aesthetics of the calm fruit, the brewers have created a Willi Sour called Sour Monster. The pear fruit beer focuses attention on the pear and underlines the fruity acidity and sweetness of the fruit with soft malt, creamy texture and a hint of hops.
