The Munich Brew Mafia is not out to criminally subjugate the Bavarian capital, but rather wants to expand the German beer variety with creative, new and newly interpreted beers. Craft beer is their hobbyhorse and their passion.

In films and numerous legends, the Mafia always makes companies and shop owners tremble with fear. But the Mafia is also known for taking good care of the Familia. The Munich Brew Mafia has adapted this role and now takes care of the beer supply for its Familia with a lot of love and commitment. To do this, the brewers are always taking on new and different beer styles and imposing their very own style on them. In labor-intensive processes, they take on the individual ingredients and optimize their effectiveness by finding them in the best quality and processing them carefully. The recipes are of course a family secret.

Beer (knowledge) for everyone!

The three-person team not only brews excellent beers. The self-proclaimed organization for beer culture holds brewing courses and seminars in which they pass on and spread their passion for the barley juice. They delve deeply into the subject of beer with great joy and enthusiasm and have a wealth of experience that you can taste in their beers. The Munich Brew Mafia is broadly positioned and has a range that is like a trip around the world. From Italy, the home of the Dolce Vita, to Japan, whose traditional mafia families would probably also enjoy harakiri. In the beer sense, of course, because ritual suicide with a sword probably doesn't taste particularly good to anyone.

The Munich Brew Mafia is an innovative brewing collective that has made it its mission to spread craft beer in Germany and expand the German beer range. With expertise, specialist knowledge and a dose of humor, the guys brew excellent beers and delight us with ever new creations.
