The Munich Brew Mafia recently added a whole range of new beers to its fine range of excellent craft beers. Jungle Trip is one of the newcomers to Munich and is definitely a highlight.
The New England IPA scores with tropical fruitiness and tastes like one armed with a machete and explorer’s hat wandering through the evergreen thicket of an exotic jungle in distant lands. Tropical fruits meet fine citrus notes, a heavenly creaminess makes NEIPA an absolute delight.
Jungle Trip presents itself in a wonderfully cloudy golden yellow in the glass and is already overwhelming olfactorily: juicy tangerines, ripe mango, sour kiwi and a load of citrus send the olfactory nerves on a journey through the Amazon. The initial taste sends the taste buds right afterwards. Velvety soft and incredibly smooth, a refreshing wave of fruit lays on the tongue and is almost reminiscent of a creamy milkshake. A harmonious bitterness accompanies the fruity play of aromas and wonderfully balances the delicate sweetness. The finish tops off the drinking experience with fine tartness and dry notes.
We recommend this outstanding NEIPA for your next trip into the jungle or as the perfect companion to the next barbecue.
