In late summer 2018, the brewmasters had just finished a fine pale ale when the idea came up to do something completely different with it. The hoppy beer was the perfect basis for a fine brandy, so they quickly subjected it to distillation. The result was a clear spirit that wonderfully captures the essence of the pale ale. Manolo Pistolo flows into the glass in the crystal-clear color of pure spring water and smells seductively of hops. When you put the delicacy to your lips, a firework of aromas explodes on your tongue. The hops provide floral and fruity notes, while the impressive 40.0% alcohol content contributes a fiery warmth.
