Anger is a feeling that is synonymous with rage, annoyance or resentment. We are angry when we are wronged, when we are not treated fairly or when something simply goes against our grain. Anger is not always tied to rational reasons and also flares up in situations where it is not necessarily justified. Giving free rein to our emotions and raging in public is frowned upon in our society, so we try to keep ourselves in check when someone snatches the last seat from us on the train, when we step into a particularly deep pothole in the rain or when our favorite beer is sold out again.
The Munich Brew Mafia brewery is currently dealing with anger and six other unwanted emotional outbursts, which the Bible commonly refers to as the Seven Deadly Sins and which still happen to us from time to time. The beer equivalent of anger is a Mexican Lager, which has been given a real kick with lime and chili. The lively brew presents itself in an almost clear gold in the glass and forms a head of foam of a more ephemeral nature. A fresh lime scent entices you to take a sip, which continues the first impression one to one and tickles the tongue with citrus acid and spicy chili tips.
