The pale ale gives the Frenzel Bräus range an international flair. The light ale was interpreted in a modern and fresh way by the young brewers and they even put their own stamp on the beer style by using regional ingredients and brewing the beer according to a very own recipe.
Frenzel’s Pale Ale is unfiltered and appears in a correspondingly cloudy amber tone in the glass. A small crown of creamy, slightly tinted foam adorns the beer and exudes a tempting scent of caramel, biscuits and dry hops. The initial taste reveals a rich body that shows a good balance of hops and malt. The hops provide a floral note that is combined with strong bitterness, the malt rounds off the taste with aromas of roasted nuts, sweet malt and creamy toffee. The finish is hoppy, pleasantly tart and stays on the tongue for a long time with its strong bitterness.
We recommend this beer as the perfect companion for the next burger. The soft malt sweetness and the hop kick go perfectly with grilled meat on airy brioche rolls. A couple of fries with it and the evening is perfect.
Well get it!
