Delirium Red flows into the glass in the color of liquid ruby and forms a small, pink head of foam. When you open the bottle, a summery scent hits your nose: juicy, deep red cherries meet fine bitter almonds and a floral hint of cherry blossom. The initial drink reveals what the scent already suggested: cherries in abundance. The full-bodied taste of fresh cherry juice washes over the palate and is accompanied by a tangy fruit acid.
