Fear of the dark is a primal instinct deeply rooted in the human psyche. It doesn't affect everyone, but if you're one of the unfortunate ones, then this fear is pretty impractical. Regardless of rational facts, one fears the evil that lurks in the darkness. One thinks one perceives shadows, sees shapeless figures in the corner of one's eye and feels one is constantly being watched. Whenever the sun disappears below the horizon, the great fear of the unknown pops up and takes over every thought and feeling.
A curse!
A genre of music that feeds on people's fears and plays cruel games on them is heavy metal. The lyrics are terrifying rants of death and doom, monsters and bloodied figures adorn the album covers and the general mood is somber. Now the beer industry has jumped on the bandwagon: British brewery Robinsons has teamed up with heavy metal legends Iron Maiden. In addition to the world-famous Trooper , Fear of the Dark is also a fruit of this collaboration. The latter is a full-bodied stout, in whose mysterious darkness no monsters lurk but the aromas of chocolate, cocoa, roasted coffee beans, dark fruits and liquorice. We face this fear with pleasure!
