We love powerful, flavorful, and punchy beers. Hop-packed Imperial IPAs, stouts so full-bodied they could almost be considered a complete meal, high-proof spirits, and brews made with three, four, or five different grains? Yes, yes, yes, and YES! That doesn't mean, however, that we don't also embrace small, exquisite creations. Feather-light sour beers, elegant bruts, wild ales, and smooth session IPAs delight us just as much as their heavyweight cousins.

The English-based Vocation Brewery has an elegant Session IPA in its range that combines a lean 4.4% alcohol content with a full flavor. This honey-yellow delight is called Heart & Soul and flows into the glass with a beautiful cloudiness. It forms a hand's breadth of ivory-colored foam. A robust aroma of roasted malt combines with citrus notes, peach, and pineapple on the nose. The initial sip follows the same pattern, lingering on the tongue with a soft malt base, orange, grapefruit, mango, and spicy pine resin. Sparkling carbonation adds vibrancy to the flavors, and dry, bitter hop notes complete the experience.

Heart & Soul is a fruity, light-bodied beer with a finely balanced bitterness and a silky mouthfeel. This Session IPA delights with its intense aroma and gentle alcohol content, making it the perfect choice for evenings when we want to take it easy.
