Patronaat is an event venue in the Amsterdam suburb of Haarlem. The hall holds more than a thousand people and presents concerts of all genres to its audience. The bar offers wine, cocktails, soft drinks and beer, but the undisputed highlight of every concert evening is of course the musicians and their performance. Oedipus is one of the breweries whose brews are served here and the team is well aware of the subordinate role of their works.
So their latest creation wasn’t designed to change that. Rather, the brewery would like to take on its responsibility to support the protagonists on stage and do its best to offer the perfect beer enjoyment for the concert.
Her choice is called Mash and is a Belgian-style blonde ale. The 5.0% alcohol content allows concertgoers to drink more than one without losing their focus and attention to the music. The 25 bitter units ensure crisp freshness and a mix of three different grains provides the velvety soft mouthfeel that makes this blonde ale a drinkable companion for rock, pop, punk and the like. And even if you’re not at a concert in the Patronaat, you should definitely enjoy the potpourri of mild malt, tangy lemon and bitter hops!
