Bon Chef is one of the most popular beers from the pen of the two brewing chefs Sanne and Martijn of Two Chefs Brewing. The Dutch brewery combines the culinary finesse of the culinary trade with the artisanal perfection of brewing, making brews that are generating enthusiasm across the industry. First brewed in 2019, Bon Chef was created in collaboration with the Foodhallen in Amsterdam and chef Chong Chu. The beer with the boiling octopus on the label is selling like hotcakes, so it was time to bring another version to market. Sanne and Martijn have a feel for the needs of their customers, so they decided to create a non-alcoholic version of it.
Bon Chef 0.5% is a non-alcoholic India Pale Ale that delivers the same intensity of flavor as the original at less than 0.5% alcohol content. The Columbus and Azacca hops are responsible for the juicy aromas of passion fruit, lychee, mango and melon, while a combination of barley, wheat and oat flakes provides a luxurious creaminess and a stable body. Bon Chef 0.5% is fruity, fresh, silky smooth, crisply bitter and so drinkable that you’ll want to open the next can straight after the first one.
