Stout is not only the name of a time-honored English beer style, but also the Dutch translation of the term "naughty". For their Stout Pony Play, the vandeStreek brewers have come up with the slogan "Be naughty without being punished for it". This applies to this beer in more than one respect: First, as an adult, you are rarely punished for indulging in a beer or two; In addition, the alcohol content of this particular specimen is below 0.5%, so that you will not even be punished if you sit behind the wheel after enjoying one or the other can.

Besides alcohol-free, the strong stout from vandeStreek is above all delicious. The deep black beer specialty scores with a stately crown of creamy, hazelnut-brown foam and smells wonderfully of freshly roasted coffee beans, dark malt and soft caramel. The taste follows this first impression and caresses the palate with a symphony of the finest roasted aromas: coffee, malt, roasted nuts and toffee lie like a warm blanket on the tongue. A subtle acidity and the bitterness of a good espresso skilfully round off the beer enjoyment.
