The Amalfi Coast is a place of legends: numerous films are set against the picturesque backdrop, Hollywood stars have their villas there and the rich and famous spend their holidays in the idyllic little towns on the azure sea. Small beaches and bays dot the rugged rocky coast, colorful houses perch on the sunny slopes and lush greenery adorns the landscape. The culmination of this Italian dream are the famous lemon trees, which are lovingly tended and cared for there. The fruits of these trees are characterized by their intense aroma, which seems to taste like pure sunshine in a lemony form.
The brewers of the Italian brewery Karma have taken advantage of the special magic of these lemons and refined their Italian Blanche with exclusive Amalfi lemons. In addition to three types of malt and the lemons, a generous portion of coriander gives the Lemon Ale its extraordinary character. A delicate veil runs through the straw-yellow beer, a scent of warm spices and lemon rises from the fine-pored head of foam. The first drink follows this harmonious first impression and beguiles the palate with a symphony of soft sweetness, fiery spices, strong acidity and the wonderful aroma of freshly squeezed lemons. An Italian poem in beer form!
We carry the fine Lemon Ale in small 0.33l bottles as well as in the festive size with a capacity of 0.75l.
