Part 73 of this experiment is a classic wheat given a modern twist with raspberry juice. The brew brings a mild 5.5% alcohol content into the glass and presents itself in a delicately clouded sunny yellow. An airy crown of snow-white foam sits atop the gold and exudes the scent of oven-fresh raspberry cake.
