In our part of the world, people typically begin the new year with a critical look back at the past 365 days and, based on this reflection, make resolutions for the coming year. We resolve to smoke less, exercise more, call our mother-in-law more often, eat healthier, spend less time on our phones, go outside more, be more patient, cycle more often, swear less, and reach for an apple instead of a bar of chocolate. In addition, many people begin the year by abstaining from alcohol. Dry January is a worldwide initiative that encourages people to abstain from alcohol for the first 30 days of the new year.
We think beer is fabulous and would love to drink one every day, but of course we don’t want to stand in the way of your temporary abstinence. On the contrary: For everyone participating in Dry January or simply wanting to consume less alcohol, we’ve expanded our range of excellent non-alcoholic beers just in time for the start of the year. More beer, less alcohol!
One delicious new addition is Cerdos Voladores from the Barcelona Beer Company. Thanks to the Magnum, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, this non-alcoholic IPA delivers a full dose of tropical fruits, citrus, and floral notes – all without any alcohol!
