A fresh, eclectic and happy approach to beer .
This is how the guys from Musa describe their American Pale Ale Frank. With its balanced flavors, it should convince even the most critical of beer connoisseurs. Frank is our new favorite colleague, sweet and easy-going.
Frank Zappa, namesake of this beer, was a legend in the music business and has a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. His namesake Frank APA from Musa is just as famous, although not quite as musical. The American Pale Ale has 5% alcohol content and comes in a cloudy, pale sunny yellow. When poured, scents of tropical fruits and green hops rise from the white foam head. You can smell orange, melon, sour citrus fruits and white currants. In the taste test, the Frank APA impresses with the juicy aromas of mango, lime and grapefruit, mixed with a floral hop bitterness. Pine and freshly mown grass make their debut, a light malt sweetness lingers discreetly in the background. Frank is a bitter-sweet beer creation that elegantly moves back and forth between hop bitterness and fruity malt sweetness.
A nice, fresh American Pale Ale with a characteristic hop touch and a high refreshing factor. Really successful and delicious with homemade grilled burgers! Add a few fries and the evening is perfect.
