After Mini Maxi Mango, Mini Maxi Red is the second alcohol-free hit from Pinta. The fruity sour beer is brewed with fresh cherries and raspberries and red currant juice and is therefore delicious.
The red fruit bomb smells amazingly summery as soon as you open the crown cap: juicy, fully ripe cherries meet sweet raspberries, dark red currants and fine, slightly roasted malt on the nose. A touch of citrus brings a breath of fresh air into the olfactory experience and makes you excited to take your first sip. The initial taste presents a light-footed body with delicately balanced acidity. A delicate bitterness elegantly balances the juicy-sweet fruit acid of cherries, raspberries and currants, while a strong hop note gives the aromas a great kick. A slightly tingling carbon dioxide allows the flavor nuances to dance on the tongue and contributes to the refreshing character of the beer. The finish is crisp and sour and tastes full-bodied of juicy red currants.
We recommend Mini Maxi Red with all summer dishes. A tomato salad with fresh basil, shallots, diced buffalo mozzarella and pieces of bread fried in herb oil, for example, goes perfectly with the fruity, fresh aromas of the beer and Mini Maxi Red is also a perfect accompaniment to grilled delicacies.
