For many, dancing is an expression of pure joy. The flowing movements in harmony with the music are meditation, happiness and delirium in one. Good music is an absolute must for dancing, but a fine beer should not be missing at the right moment.
The Polish brewery Pinta has come up with a beer that will tempt you to dance with joy with its hoppy variety and tasty character. The so-called Cold IPA is hopped with the hop varieties Chinook, Simcoe and Vic Secret and is appropriately called Let’s Dance. The beery specialty has a complex flavor profile made up of dense, hoppy notes of freshly mown grass, sweet wild berries and refreshing hints of grapefruit.
The inviting composition presents itself in an almost clear, shiny gold tone in the glass and is crowned with a small hand’s breadth of snow-white, airy foam. A dry bouquet of grapefruit, light stone fruit, tart apples, floral hops and spicy pine resin fills the air and makes you excited for the first sip. This reveals a slim body with pleasant carbonation. The 6.5% alcohol content is cleverly integrated into the aroma profile and is hardly noticeable alongside tangy grapefruit, berry fruit notes and pine. A hint of green gooseberry, delicate apple wine notes and a stable hop bitterness harmoniously round off the beer enjoyment.
