Himla Humla is one of the beers from Nøgne Ø that shines with taste instead of turns. The cold-hopped India Pale Ale is a non-alcoholic beer specialty that, thanks to generous amounts of hops, tastes so irresistible that you don’t miss the alcohol. A special brewing technique also ensures a robust stature and a silky-soft mouthfeel.

The Norwegian non-alcoholic is brewed with a whole truckload of hops: the aromatic varieties Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra are added particularly late in the brewing process and used again in the subsequent dry hop. The result is a cornucopia of varied hop notes that lie smoothly on the tongue and tickle the taste notes with a hoppy variety. The IPA flows into the glass in a warm amber tone and forms a small head of foam that is densely pored and snow-white. In addition to the attractive appearance, it is the fine scent of freshly baked yeast plait, orange peel and tropical fruit that tempts you to drink. The initial taste reveals a grippy body with a dry character. The citrus fruits are represented in various forms: juicy grapefruit combines with candied lemon peel, tart orange jam and freshly squeezed orange juice to form a refreshing composition. Spicy pine resin, sun-ripened peaches, creamy toffee, forest honey and a hint of vanilla round off the taste experience.
