Rhöner Hopfensonne: Rhöner Hopfensonne is a light, golden-yellow lager. Its special feature is that all ingredients come from the Rhön region, our home. We even pick the hops ourselves and brew them fresh as green hops. 5.2% ABV, 12.3% original gravity, 7-9°C serving temperature. CISSY IPA: Cissy isn't just Romy Schneider in her iconic role as a fairytale queen; it's also the English word for "wimp." But beware! This India Pale Ale is definitely not for the faint of heart. Legend has it that India Pale Ales were invented to provide beer drinkers in the pre-Suez Canal era with palatable beer. This means that to prevent the beer from spoiling during the long transport, it was brewed stronger and with more hops than was typical at the time. Almost extravagant quantities of hops were used for Cissy. Around 650g/hl compared to 100g/hl for Pax Vollbier. Nevertheless, Cissy surprises the discerning connoisseur with a well-rounded overall impression. Copper-colored, slightly opalescent in appearance. Aromas of mandarin and grapefruit with a hint of vanilla and raspberry, as well as the pronounced bitterness and a touch of smoke on the palate, are particularly noteworthy characteristics. 7.5% ABV, 17.5% original gravity, 60 IBUs, serving temperature 8-10°C. Teutel Beer Aussie Hopped IPA: Teutel Beer is a mild IPA. A very fruity, hoppy, slightly bitter, stronger ale brewed exclusively with Australian hops such as Enigma, Topaz, Eclipse, and Galaxy. 6.0% ABV, 15.5% original gravity, 30 IBUs, serving temperature 7-9°C
