We're fighting food waste and serving you the best that can be made from leftover bread. 30% of the malt was replaced with unsold bread from the Gesswein bakery. To round out the flavor profile, the wort was fermented with an ale yeast. Drink sustainably, drink a crusty half-liter ;)
