Die Braumeister Edition #104 „Catcher in the Rye“ von Camba Bavaria stammt von Braumeister Florian Schmitt und ist eine Hommage an seine ersten Brauversuche im Studium – und an sein Lieblingsbuch, „Der Fänger im Roggen“.

Mit 6,5 % Vol., einer Stammwürze von 15,3° Plato und 40 IBU kommt das Stout in der 0,44-Liter-Dose daher. Gebraut aus Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Roggenmalz, Hafermalz, Hopfen und Hefe, gehopft mit East Kent Golding. Tiefschwarz mit fein cremigem Schaum: Das Roggenmalz bringt knackige, würzige Noten, dazu ein vollmundiger, cremiger Körper, eine dezente Bittere und ein langes, warmes Finish.

Ein guter Begleiter zu Schmorgerichten, Wild und dunkler Schokolade.
