Triple hop power.
Simco 3 represents the India Pale Ales in the exciting range of Riegele BierManufaktur. The golden beer is cold-stuffed with three types of hops and enchants with a rich palette of wonderfully fruity aromas.
Riegele's IPA flows into the glass in a deep golden amber tone and shines wonderfully chestnut brown. A generous amount of slightly tinted foam crowns the beer and exudes a tempting scent of floral elderberry, ripe apricot and juicy mango. A hint of malt and a spicy hint of pine resin complement the olfactory first impression and make you look forward to the first sip. The initial taste reveals a complex body with a full-bodied variety of aromas and lively carbon dioxide. Before the hop varieties Hallertauer Opal, Simcoe and Hallertauer Perle can develop their full potential, the malt first caresses the palate: notes of freshly baked cookies and soft caramel form the basis for the hops. This complements the malt sweetness with a good load of fruit. Lemon, grapefruit and mandarin kiss the taste buds, a floral hint of elderberry and the freshness of just-cut herbs join in. A fine bitterness and a touch of pine resin complete the play of aromas. The finish impresses with a crisp bitterness and a beautiful malt note that elegantly cushions the bitterness.
Simco 3 from Riegele is a delicately balanced masterpiece that impresses with a good balance of hops and malt.
