The brewers at the Rittmayer brewery really let off steam under the Craftmayer label: As masters of their trade, the team has mastered their craft perfectly, and yet the brewers sometimes feel like pursuing their passion for experimentation and jamming. The Rittmayer brewery has therefore decided to make room for the results from the brewing laboratory and to sell them in the Craftmayer series. The label on the bottle is always the same on the front, with the specific details and style of the current beer on the back of the bottle.
The creative brewers have come up with a feather-light Pale Ale for this year’s summer and summer longing in autumn and winter: The Craftmayer Summer Ale from Rittmayer is a tasty beer with a pleasant alcohol content of 4.2% and a summer-fresh character.
The Pale Ale flows into the glass in a warm honey tone and is adorned with a crown of firm, dense-pored foam. A seductive scent rises from the white splendor and tickles the nose with tangy citrus notes and the aroma of sun-ripened grain. The initial sip reveals a symphony that tastes of cozy evenings in June, visits to the outdoor pool and barbecue parties on the shore of a picturesque lake: light malt, oven-fresh bread, delicate herbal notes, fruity hints and a complementing clean bitterness.
