A speciality for exactly these occasions is Spezial from Simon. The brewery from Lauf an der Pegnitz brews an Old Franconian full-bodied beer that owes its special character to the selected raw materials. The artisan brew is based on hand-picked special malts that give it strength, taste and spiciness. The chestnut-brown delicacy has a wonderful malt accent and brings a symphony of roasted aromas, tenderly melting caramel, chocolate and red fruits into the glass. Spicy hops and a delicate acidity break through the sweetness of the malt and form a drinkable overall picture.
