Extraordinary times require extraordinary measures. Felix vom Endt thought that too and went into the infinite expanse of the World Wide Web for his latest collaboration. There he met in virtual form with his friends from Freigeist Bierkultur and Demory Paris and created a beer with them. Of course, this is a bit more difficult over spatial distances, but Felix has spared no expense or effort to serve you the finest beer even in difficult times.
The result of this virtual collaboration is a rhubarb sour ale with 6.0% alcohol and the sonorous name "Got to Love a Rhubarb Sour". In addition to the usual suspects, a whole lot of rhubarb went into the cauldron for this creation. The red sticks give the beer its wonderful smell and delicious fruitiness. In order to conjure up a touch of rhubarb spritzer in beer, Felix not only brewed the rhubarb, but also used lactic acid bacteria. These make the beer a tangy delicacy with a sour touch.
Fine!
The Orca Rhubarb Sour Ale flows into the glass in a golden amber tone and has a delicate cloudiness. A fine scent of freshly baked rhubarb cake rises from the small, airy head of foam. The initial taste follows the olfactory first impression and presents a wonderfully refreshing beer with a great rhubarb taste and a crisp acidity.
