Quantumphantom is definitely not an illusion, even though it has the word "phantom" in its title. The mystical creature is the product of the Bamberg brewery Blech.Brut's imagination and is not an astral creation, but a solid Triple India Pale Ale. The brew comes in a black can and has a futuristic-looking ghost made of neon-colored light on the label. Behind the ghost lies a densely clouded, grain-yellow beer that flows into the glass with a grippy, almost viscous consistency. An airy crown of white foam sits on top of the opaque body. A select selection of barley and wheat malt is responsible for the creamy texture, while the cold hopping with the varieties Citra and Talus ensures a captivating aroma. A powerful 9.5% alcohol gives the creation the finishing touch.
Quantumphantom brings a powerful composition of intense notes of tropical fruit, citrus notes and stable malt to the table. If you want to combine the fine wine with a suitable dish, you should choose similarly strong flavors: spicy, mature cheese or hearty meat harmonize wonderfully with it. We like classic cheese spaetzle with mountain cheese and fried onions.
