Beauty is, as we all know, in the eye of the beholder. Each of us likes different visual characteristics and each of us has his/her own taste. The team at the Blech.Brut brewery has a penchant for the obscure: alien-looking plants, mysterious pattern combinations and designs that come from the pen of artificial intelligence. Their latest work is called Strange Beauty and presents us with a person who looks a bit strange both at first and second glance. On her feet she wears chic leather shoes, her trousers are crocheted and have a playful perforated pattern, her jacket has a wide collar and is decorated with colorful kiwis and a hat sits on her head. A pair of oversized fingers grow out of the right side of the body and the face resembles a sunrise bathed in blue light.
Strange and yet beautiful.
The beer behind this curious label is more clearly identifiable as a beauty: The Double New England IPA is full to the brim with intense hop aromas and tastes like an exotic dream. The brew was cold-hopped with Galaxy hops and delivers a tropical spectrum that extends from passion fruit to citrus fruit and juicy orange. The crisp 7.7% alcohol content, the grippy consistency and the wonderful turbidity complete the beer enjoyment perfectly.
Nice!
