Master brewer Tobias Hess has brewed a top-fermented, malty aromatic and characterful beer, hearty with a slight smoky note and nowadays rather unusual types of grain. As a finisher, the brew was refined with sea salt, lavender, cardamom and juniper berries, as was customary at the time.
