The perfect brew for conversations and thoughts of this nature is Cosmic, a brand new India Pale Ale that is based on the classic IPAs of the USA. The brew is cold-hopped with the thematically excellently selected hop varieties Comet, Galaxy, Ekuanot and Zeus and brings a tasty composition of stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus notes and spicy resin to the tongue. Trained palates can taste plums, mango and pear. The juicy, fruity and resinous symphony is rounded off by a pointed bitterness and leads to a dry finish that lingers for a long time and makes you want the next can.
