Despite intensive research and decades of exploration, space is still a great mystery for humanity. We have already solved one or two secrets, but for every question we solve, there are a thousand others that remain unanswered. The infinite vastness, emptiness, silence and size are intangible and we can hardly imagine what else exists out there besides us.
The Espiga brewery from Spain cannot answer the big questions of our existence, but they can at least give us beers that make philosophizing about the world, the meaning of life and the universe even more fun. The perfect brew for conversations and thoughts of this nature is Cosmic, a brand new India Pale Ale that is based on the classic IPAs of the USA. The brew is cold-hopped with the thematically excellently selected hop varieties Comet, Galaxy, Ekuanot and Zeus and brings a tasty composition of stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus notes and spicy resin to the tongue. Trained palates can taste plums, mango and pear. The juicy, fruity and resinous symphony is rounded off by a pointed bitterness and leads to a dry finish that lingers for a long time and makes you want the next can.
