Brewing beer is a true art. The brewer behind the kettle must demonstrate real skill in selecting the raw materials, compiling the recipe and brewing, and it requires years of training the palate and skills to create real beer enjoyment.
Browar Stu Mostów has been brewing for a decade and has developed a range that is impressive. The range of illustrious masterpieces includes both wonderful brews with dark aromas and unconventional ales, variants fermented with wild yeasts and hopped IPAs.
ART +81 belongs to the last category and is a double New England India Pale Ale with an impressive 8.0% alcohol content, which was created in collaboration with the Ziemia Obiecana Brewery. The full-bodied creation is based on barley and wheat malt and an addition of oat flakes. The hops were used in various forms and at several stages of the brewing process. The varieties used were Citra, Lupomax and Krush. Because the green gold was incorporated using cold hopping, ART +81 delivers maximum flavor and intensity without being overly bitter. The NEDIPA from Stu Mostów is a fruity delight with tangy citrus notes and lots of juicy tropical fruit.
