Anniversaries are always special, but when a milestone such as the tenth birthday is reached, it must be celebrated properly. Browar Stu Mostów from Wroclaw didn’t need to be told twice and put on a real spectacle to mark its first decade. In addition to a gigantic party, there were a whole series of tasty additions to the range. All anniversary beers are strictly limited and you have to be quick if you want to try the special brews.
The series of birthday brews includes, for example, the 10th Anniversary TDH New England DIPA. This triple cold-hopped masterpiece was created in collaboration with Orchestrated Minds Brewing and we were able to secure some of the highly sought-after cans. The hops were added at three points in the brewing process and create an intensely fruity taste experience without being overwhelmingly bitter.
The 10th Anniversary TDH New England DIPA is presented in the color of creamy blossom honey in the glass and has a foamy head in off-white on the cloudy, copper-shimmering body. A fresh, fruity nose of citrus fruit tempts you to try it. The first sip reveals a real hop bomb with a full-bodied taste. Notes of all kinds of different citrus fruits spread in the mouth and combine with freshly mown grass, orange zest and a hint of exotic coconut to create a delicious pleasure.
