And one that you'll happily keep drinking. Our Heller Bock is the winter beer that looks like liquid amber and tastes like a little holiday in a glass. For the Helles Bock, he's switched to a billy goat – probably because it has just as much character as the beer itself. And because things can get a little wild in winter.
