This lion embodies the wonderful aspects of winemaking and brewing. The brewmasters at SinghBräu developed a pale ale that, thanks to dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops, boasts fruity wine and citrus notes. Together with their friends at the Dobler winery, they refined it with a Chardonnay yeast and completed the final fermentation. A truly successful flavor combination that leaves nothing to be desired, especially for special occasions, and harmoniously blends beer and wine.
