150 years is one and a half centuries and a time frame in which a lot can happen. The world has changed significantly in the last 150 years in particular. While in 1874 we still had to rely on horse-drawn carriages, letters by post and candles, today we are extremely comfortable with cars, emails and electric light. But the invention of these everyday saviours is by no means everything: mankind has developed airplanes, rockets, the Internet, wind turbines to generate electricity, the zipper, plastic, high-speed trains, the Rubik's Cube and thousands of other practical and groundbreaking things. To date, no human has ever lived 150 years, but there are always occasions when we celebrate a 150-year anniversary.
The Kundmüller brewery from the Franconian village of Weiher is having such an event this year: the family brewery was founded exactly 150 years ago. The team is using this opportunity to throw a lavish party, brew fabulous festival beers and print a series of T-shirts with the good news.
The 150th anniversary T-shirt is a garment made of comfortable grey fabric with a print in black and a festive bronze tone that subtly and elegantly expresses one's enthusiasm and joy in the face of the anniversary. We congratulate the Kundmüller brewery and raise our glasses to the next 150 years!
