With courage and a desire to experiment, the men and women behind the boilers have developed a range that is down-to-earth, innovative, creative and traditional at the same time. Brewery items such as Marc’s Chocolate Bock combine the Franconian brewing trade with more modern trends in the scene and tastefully combine tradition and the present. Again and again, the brewers prove their good sense of the zeitgeist and their joy in the constantly evolving brewing process.
They recently ventured into a whole new style of beer: the so-called Brut had been on their wish list for a long time, and now they have put the plan into action. Her interpretation is a brut pale ale that combines the fruity sweetness of a pale ale with the dry elegance and sparkling bubbles of a sparkling wine.
Royal is brewed with the hop varieties Galena, Aramis and Hallertauer Blanc and presents itself in the glass with a pale golden hue. A fresh scent of elderflower, juicy pear and light grapes rises from the airy head of foam.
