They recently ventured into a whole new style of beer: the so-called Brut had been on their wish list for a long time, and now they have put the plan into action. Her interpretation is a brut pale ale that combines the fruity sweetness of a pale ale with the dry elegance and sparkling bubbles of a sparkling wine.

Royal is brewed with the hop varieties Galena, Aramis and Hallertauer Blanc and presents itself in the glass with a pale golden hue. A fresh scent of elderflower, juicy pear and light grapes rises from the airy head of foam. The taste profile follows the olfactory first impression and delivers a dry composition of pear, elderberry, grape and a hint of lemongrass.
