Ireland has many advantages, one of which is its lively pub culture. Across the UK it is common to meet up with family and friends, work colleagues and acquaintances in the pub to exchange news over a beer or two. You go to the pub of your choice for breakfast on the weekend, for lunch, after work, on celebratory occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, on good days and bad days and for all sorts of appointments. Even if you can’t lump all of these locations together, most of them are cozy, rustic and calm. You don’t have to dress up to visit, you’re always welcome and greeted with a pint of cold beer.
The Maisel & Friends brewery is not from Ireland, but is a fan of the coziness of Irish pubs. In order to continue this tradition and share a part of the pub culture with their customers, the Bayreuth team has come up with a suitable beer: their Irish Red. This copper-red ale conjures up a piece of Irish pub flair in your glass and tastes just like that. as if it came straight from Dublin, Galway or Cork.
The Irish-inspired brew is made with a select selection of different malts as well as the hops Callista, Herkules, Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir and tastes of creamy caramel, spicy honey and gently roasted grain. Sweet!
