If you ask laypersons about the beer styles they know, two variants are mentioned in most cases: almost everyone mentions the Pils and the Hefeweizen is one of the best-known and most popular types of beer. Especially in Bavaria, the wheat beer is an absolute must and should not be missed on occasions such as a hearty white sausage breakfast, a morning pint, the setting up of a Christmas tree or the Kerwa itself.
If you are currently still looking for your favorite wheat , you will definitely find it with us. A real classic among the classics is, for example, the Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen from Rittmayer. The traditional country brewery looks back on a centuries-old history and brews down-to-earth Franconian beers and their modern relatives with pride, passion and a mountain of experience and expertise.
The Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen is a specialty brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law, which is made according to a recipe passed down from generation to generation. A fine selection of malts is refined with handpicked Tettnang aroma hops. The top-fermented beer comes in golden amber and is clouded by a strong mist of yeast. A symphony of banana, peach, malt, apricot and yeast braid dominates the drinking pleasure from the first sniff to the last sip and flatters the palate while drinking with a velvety texture.
