Strawberries are the queens of summer: when they ripen in May, the warm, boisterous season begins and you know that frost, darkness, constant rain and endless gray are finally a thing of the past. He combines the deep red aggregate nuts with the Perle hop variety from his own cultivation and turns it into a wonderful fruit beer called Strawberry King.
