This beer is another example from the French fries & disco series and is appropriately named EDM Got Me Down. For all those who have not visited the dance floor for years or who do not belong to the club of dance enthusiasts at all, here is a brief explanation of the term: The abbreviation EDM stands for the term Electronic Dance Music and summarizes all music genres that are danceable. Even if the makers of this beer ban techno from this branch. As is well known, one cannot argue about taste.
Least of all about the taste of this beer, because it is fabulous. The IPA EDM Got Me Down is brewed with the highly aromatic hops Mosaic, Vic Secret, Loral and Amarillo. Thanks to its juicy fruit character, it is the perfect thirst quencher after an extensive dance session. But it certainly tastes good even if you haven’t shaken your dance floor beforehand.
When you open the can you can already guess the taste of this beer: An intense scent of tropical fruits, spicy yeast and freshly mown grass rises in the nose and almost tempts you to take the first sip. EDM Got Me Down flows into the glass in dark amber and is as cloudy as fresh, naturally cloudy apple juice. A small crown of airy, white foam adorns the deep golden beer. In terms of taste, the IPA is just as expected: juicy, fruity, citrus-fresh, yeast-spicy, clean hoppy and simply terrific.
