Amber Honey is number 1 in the craftBee brewery's honey-based range. For the two Michaels from Kassel, everything revolves around the honey, which is produced by busy bees all over Kassel.
No. 1 Amber Honey is made from the aromatic summer honey from Kassel's city bees. Combined with dark special malts, this results in a beer that couldn't be more full-bodied and delicious. The honey not only provides taste, but also gives the beer its wonderful velvety and luxurious texture. With an alcohol content of 5.0%, Amber Honey is astonishingly light and extremely tasty.
The honey-filled beer specialty flows into the glass in a warm, chestnut-colored honey gold and adorns itself with a stately crown of slightly tinted, creamy foam. The amber-colored beer smells wonderfully of spicy honey. Hops and malt are added to this fine caramel note and give the scent a mild sweetness and fresh tartness. The taste of the amber is very similar: warm, soft honey notes caress the palate in a velvety manner, while the malt supports the honey with caramel, cereal and delicate chocolate notes. The Tettnang hops complement the play of aromas with a playful flowery that goes perfectly with honey.
CraftBees No. 1 Amber Honey is a round honey symphony with finely tuned aromas and beautiful depth.
