If you can't decide between beer and sparkling wine, we recommend Lindemans Gueuze!
Gueuze is one of the Belgian lambic beers that is characterized by its characteristic acidity. Lambic is traditionally fermented spontaneously, which means that lactic acid bacteria, wild yeasts from the air or those that migrate into the kettle on the skins of the raw materials used initiate the fermentation.
The Gueuze from Lindemans is a wonderful example of the use of wild yeasts and, thanks to them, has a fine, champagne-like acidity. In addition to the yeast, there is another special feature of the Gueuze: it is created by marrying two beers. To make a Gueuze, a young beer and an old beer that has been stored for a long time are mixed together. The result is a unique beer with a very special charm.
Lindeman's Gueuze flows into the glass in a sunny light yellow and is crowned by a pale, fleeting foam. Fine pearls stream continually from the bottom of the glass to the surface, bringing to light the delicate scent of floral citrus fruits, unripe green apples and tangy, sweet white wine. The taste follows the olfactory impression: Lindemans Gueuze is tangy, sour, fruity and special.
Served ice cold, the Belgian special beer reveals its full charm and offers the perfect summer refreshment.
