The low-alcohol version of Organic Blonde Ale only requires limited cooperation with bees. Due to the fact that bees are responsible for pollinating elderberry and rose blossoms, but are allowed to keep their honey in this case. The 0.3% version of Organic Blonde Ale does not contain honey, but instead contains a generous portion of elderberries and rose hips. Both raw materials are grown in the wild and under controlled organic conditions and give the beer its heavenly fruity taste. A floral touch complements the red fruits wonderfully and makes the Organic Blonde Ale a fine delight!
Lowlanders 0.3% Organic Blonde Ale flows into the glass on a hazy summer day in the color of the sunshine and has a small, white head of foam on the delicately clouded gold body. A fresh scent of a summer meadow of flowers and elderberry lemonade rises in the nose and makes you excited about the first sip. This reveals a loose, flaky body with a sour fruitiness and a dry character. The sparkling carbon dioxide gives the beer a champagne-like quality and reinforces the elegant lightness. Soft and clean, earthy notes of elderberries and the unmistakable aroma of homemade rose hip jam caress the palate. A flowery note, reminiscent of chamomile blossoms, complements the fruity sweetness as well as the fine hop bitterness.
A very successful beer that works almost entirely without alcohol.
